Inside you package will be your custom order.

1. Make sure your heat press is set to 315 degrees Fahrenheit .
2. Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds removing any wrinkles
3. Align your transfer where you would like to place it on the shirt.
4. Press for 15 seconds with medium pressure.
5. Our transfers are warm peel so let it cool down for a minute or so and peel the transparent film.
6. Press your garment again for 5 seconds covering with a teflon sheet to remove the shine.
7. Your done enjoy!

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

For domestic orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.

To protect our customers, Solid Custom Print is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and Solid Custom Print will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Solid offers our customers the option to return certain products within 15 days of purchase. Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, face mask and personal protective equipment). We do accept exchanges for apparel within 30 days of the order. All customers are responsible to pay for postage for the return. To initiate a return request please contact info@solidcustomprint.com and provide order details and the reason for return/exchange.

Any Solid product that is delivered defective may be sent back to our store for a full refund or replacement if the product is available. Solid does not accept any worn or damaged products as returns. For returns, customers are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
